Lexus of Oakville is seeking an accomplished, customer-focused Pre-Owned Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. We are looking for a motivated automotive professional with a proven track record in used vehicle sales, inventory management, team development, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manage vehicle acquisitions, appraisals, pricing, and inventory merchandising.
• Maximize inventory turnover while maintaining strong gross profit performance.
• Develop effective online merchandising and lead-conversion strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and premium customer experience.
• Effectively assist in desking deals
• Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and service departments.
• Monitor market trends, inventory performance, and key performance indicators.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in automotive pre-owned sales management.
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle appraisals, valuations, and market pricing.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
