Lexus of Oakville is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our busy Service Department. This front-line role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting our Service Advisors during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and confirm the purpose of their visit

  • Process simple service write-ups (1,600 km, 8,000 km, LCPO oil changes)

  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds for Advisors during overflow periods

  • Arrange shuttles, Uber, and rental vehicles; issue rental POs

  • Provide guest updates every two hours via Kimoby or phone

  • Assist guests with basic Bluetooth/connectivity concerns in the drive-thru

  • Prepare invoices, close repair orders, and process payments

  • Support Service Advisors and management with administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional and team-oriented

  • Dealership or automotive service experience is an asset

Position Details

  • Status: Permanent, Full-Time

  • Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    • Weekday off provided when working a Saturday

  • Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
