Lexus of Oakville is seeking a customer-focused, confident, and motivated individual to join our award-winning team as a Concierge!
As a Platinum-certified dealer and 11-time Consumers Choice Award winner for Best Lexus Dealership in the GTA, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday – Thursday from 9:30am-4:30pm and Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm. The occasional Saturday and evening may be required from time to time.
✅ Welcome guests visiting the Dealership showroom
✅ Provide exceptional customer service by answering and re-routing incoming calls
✅ Collect and receipt payments and deposits
✅ Inventory control & reports
✅ Keep showroom and lounge areas clean, tidy & stocked
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
✔ A professional, friendly phone presence
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
✔ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Technical knowledge of vehicles (an asset, but not required)
✔ Previous experience in the automotive industry (an asset, but not required)
