Part-Time Reception

There will be two evening shifts, one on Monday, and the other on Wednesday from 4:00pm-8:00pm and every other Saturday from either 7:45am – 3:30pm or 10:30am – 5:00pm.  There may be potential day time coverage from time to time.   

 The right Candidate is a professional, positive minded individual with an outgoing personality.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests visiting the Dealership showroom
• Answer and re-route incoming calls to the appropriate individual
• Accurately collect information and distribute accordingly in a timely manner
• Collect and receipt payments and deposits
• Refer guests to the appropriate department
• Inventory control and reports.
• Various office tasks upon request as assigned by management.
• Keep the showroom and lounge areas clean, tidy and stocked

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately collect information
• Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
• Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to our Guests
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
• Reception and Dealership experience, an asset
