Professional telephone etiquette and skills
Receive Inbound/perform outbound Service calls
Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Dedicated to Customer satisfaction
Team player with a positive attitude
Technical knowledge of vehicles an asset
Automotive experience an asset
