Lexus of Oakville is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our busy Service Department. This front-line role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting our Service Advisors during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and confirm the purpose of their visit
Process simple service write-ups (1,600 km, 8,000 km, LCPO oil changes)
Perform vehicle walk-arounds for Advisors during overflow periods
Arrange shuttles, Uber, and rental vehicles; issue rental POs
Provide guest updates every two hours via Kimoby or phone
Assist guests with basic Bluetooth/connectivity concerns in the drive-thru
Prepare invoices, close repair orders, and process payments
Support Service Advisors and management with administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional and team-oriented
Dealership or automotive service experience is an asset
Position Details
Status: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Weekday off provided when working a Saturday
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
