Service Manager

As Lexus of Oakville continues to have record growth, we are currently looking to expand our Management team!  Our current Service Manager is now our Fixed Operations Manager, which creates an opening for a Service Manager, who will work closely and report directly to our Fixed Operations Manager. 

Lexus of Oakville is a 2020 Platinum-certified dealer, first Platinum Lexus Service dealer in Ontario, 5-time winner of the Lexus Canada’s Pursuit of Excellence Award, and recipient of the Consumers Choice award for best Lexus dealership in the GTA for 6 consecutive years.  We are looking for someone who is Guest focused, confident, motivated, process driven, and has the right attitude to deliver an Amazing Experience to our Guests and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent CSI resolution in writing and Guest facing, along with excellent written communication skills
• Possess the skills to manage employee expectations and performance, along with having an excellent understanding of service department operations
• Automotive technical background a plus
• Advance troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Be Self-motivated and well organized
• Have excellent Guest and employee communication skills
• Complete various daily reports & monthly reports
• Word Document, Spreadsheet and Email experience required
• Must have automotive dealership experience with previous Management experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Driver’s license in good standing
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience an asset
• Ability to work within a structured environment
